The freezing order on the current account of former Console CEO Paul Kelly has been lifted, but the High Court denied Paul Kelly and his wife Patricia access to their savings account.

Mr Justice Paul Gilligan gave the Kellys access to an overdrawn current account to allow them to receive social welfare payments and pay for living expenses.
