Widespread praise for Simon Harris's bid to provide medical cards for 10,000 sick children

There has been a broad welcome to the Minister for Health's commitment to providing medical cards to over 10,000 sick children in Ireland.

Yesterday, Simon Harris said he was very confident that he would be able to get cross-party support for this Bill when it is brought to the Oireachtas.
