Angry scenes in Dáil after opposition motions on water declared out of order

There have been angry scenes in the Dáil tonight, over a decision to declare dozens of opposition motions on water out of order.

TDs have been debating the Water Services Amendment Bill, which provides for a nine-month suspension of water charges.
