Dublin Council motion calls for Presidential Decree for Ibrahim Halawa

A Dublin Council has passed a motion calling on the Government to immediately apply for a Presidential Decree for Ibrahim Halawa.

The Dubliner has been held in an Egyptian prison, without trial, for nearly three years now.
