Enda Kenny calls for consensus as vote on abortion Bill due tomorrow

Enda Kenny has said that consensus needs to be built to change the constitution around the 8th amendment.

Some have taken the Taoiseach's comments to be the clearest indication yet that he believes a referendum on the issue will happen.
