Gardaí in Clondalkin are appealing for information following a serious crash on the Naas Road heading out of Dublin.

Gardaí in Clondalkin are appealing for information following a serious crash on the Naas Road heading out of Dublin.

Just after 11am yesterday two men were seriously injured when their motorcycles collided with the trailer of an articulated lorry.

The collision happened not far from the Red Cow Moran's Hotel, heading towards Naas.

The injured men, who were in their 40s and 50s, were taken by ambulance to Tallaght Hospital.

The driver of the lorry failed to remain at the scene.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Clondalkin Garda Station.
