Slight delay in High Court Console proceedings as Paul Kelly fails to show

There has been a slight delay in proceedings at the High Court where the finances of suicide charity Console are under the spotlight again.

The charity's founder Paul Kelly has not turned up for the hearing, but his wife Patricia is in court.
