Taoiseach: UN verdict on Ireland's abortion laws 'non-binding'

The Taoiseach Enda Kenny says the UN's damning report on Ireland's abortion laws is "not binding".

Last week the body's Human Rights Committee called for the constitutional ban on the practice to be scrapped, as it subjects women to suffering and discrimination.
