Man in serious condition following stabbing attack in Dublin yesterday

A man remains in a serious condition, following a stabbing incident in Dublin's city centre yesterday.

The attack happened after a row broke out between two men in a bar on Bachelor's Walk at around 12:30pm.

During the row, one man was stabbed a number of times in the leg and back.

He was rushed to the Mater Hospital for treatment on serious injuries.

Another man was arrested at the scene.

He is being held for questioning at Store Street Garda Station.
