Gardaí ticket homelessness charity van

Footage has emerged of a member of An Garda Síochána ticketing the outreach van of a well-known homelessness charity writes Joyce Fegan.

The van is funded by the Department of Social Protection and the department’s logo is clearly visible on the emergency vehicle.
