New landlord rules 'designed to frustrate' says Irish Property Owners Association

New rules for landlords will not help tenants according to the Irish Property Owners Association.

It is now an offence for landlords to evict a tenant on grounds of them selling the property unless they sign a statutory declaration that they're doing so.
