Mick Wallace breaks down in tears when recalling his encounter with a refugee in Calais

The Independent TD Mick Wallace has broken down in tears in the Dáil during statements on the migrant and refugee crisis.

The Wexford TD, who has just returned from Calais, has pleaded with the Government to become a 'Champion of minors' by taking in younger refugees.
