Barry Cowen: Fianna Fáil committed to abolishing Irish Water

Fianna Fáil says it is committed to bringing forward laws that will see Irish Water scrapped, and water charges suspended.

The claim comes as both Fianna Fáil and Fine Gael continue their talks with independent TDs, hoping to form a government.
