Pair arrested in connection with Cavan man's death released without charge

Two men have been released without charge after being arrested in connection with the death of a Cavan man in the UK.

The post mortem on 41-year-old Declan Walsh who was originally from Ballyconnell, but had been living in Reading has proved inconclusive and further tests will be carried out.

Police were called to reports of a man being assaulted outside a hotel in Reading on Wednesday morning.

An ambulance was called but he was pronounced dead.
