Judge jails man for 'frightening, appalling and disgusting' rape of woman with Down syndrome

A 34-year-old man has been jailed for 13 years for raping a woman with Down syndrome in Dublin.

Faisal Ellahi from Haripur in Pakistan lured the women in her 20s back to his flat, where he attacked her in June 2013.
