ESRI report shows not enough houses are being built in areas of demand

The latest housing report from the ESRI reveals we are not building nearly enough houses in the key areas of demand like Dublin.

In the past three years, house prices have risen by 30% in Dublin, Galway and Cork city - with the rest of the country averaging a 10% increase.
