Gardaí investigating death of man assaulted in Dublin release man without charge

A man in his 40s has been released without charge from Garda custody in relation to a fatal assault in Dublin.

The serious assault took place outside the Park View apartments in Harold's Cross in the early hours of Saturday morning.
