St Patrick's Day Grand Marshall youngest ever to lead Dublin festivities

This year's Grand Marshall of the country's biggest Saint Patrick's Day Parade says she wants to represent all the people of Ireland - including those with disabilities.

19-year-old Joanne O'Riordan, who has Total Amelia syndrome, is the youngest person ever to be given the honour of leading the Dublin festivities.
