Elderly woman dies after being found trapped under vehicle

Update 3.19pm: Gardaí have confirmed that a female pedestrian aged in her late 80s died after an accident in Limerick.

She was pronounced dead at the scene and her body was removed to Limerick University Hospital. The driver of the jeep has not sustained physical injuries.
