Joan Burton confirms referendum on the 8th amendment if Labour returns to power

The Tánaiste Joan Burton has confirmed there will be a referendum on repealing the 8th amendment if Labour is re-elected.

The party launched its election manifesto earlier, promising a living wage of €11.30 an hour and a job for everyone who wants one.
