Micheál Martin: FF will scrap Irish Water if elected

The Fianna Fáil leader Micheál Martin has said the party will scrap Irish Water and water charges if elected to Government.

Micheál Martin made the promise last night in his closing address to the party faithful at an Ard Fheis in Dublin.
