Health and Safety Authority investigate man's death in industrial accident

A man has died following a workplace accident in Navan, County Meath.

The 20-year-old was fatally wounded at an industrial unit in the town around midday.

He was taken to Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Drogheda, where he was declared dead.

The Health and Safety Authority are to carry out an investigation into the death.
