Court asked to restore good reputation of former Anglo executive
The Court of Appeal has been asked to step in and restore the good reputation of a former Anglo Irish Bank executive.
Bernard Daly, who used to work as the bank's company secretary, is trying to have his conviction for conspiring to defraud Revenue set aside.
