Kenny planning ‘forthright discussion’ on floods with insurance providers

The Taoiseach Enda Kenny has said he is planning to have a "forthright discussion" with insurance providers over the refusal of companies to insure homeowners who have been flooded.

He wants them to relax their rules in areas that now have flood defence schemes.
