Parteen Weir flow set to remain steady today

The flow of water through Parteen Weir will remain at 440 cubic metres per second today.

That is around 440,000 litres a second.

Water levels in Lough Derg dropped in the past 24 hours according to the ESB.

They are continuing to monitor the situation.
