A woman in her sixties has died following a house fire in Co Tipperary.

A woman in her sixties has died following a house fire in Co Tipperary.

The 67-year-old was discovered at a house in Kilregane, Lorrha at around 2.30pm today.

She was removed University Hospital Limerick where a post mortem examination will be carried out.

Gardai are investigating.
