Funeral today for Kildare Councillor who died in road accident

The funeral of the Independent Kildare Co Councillor Willie Crowley, who died in a road crash last week, will take place later this morning.

Mr Crowley died after he was hit by a car in Newbridge last Tuesday.

The 65-year-old will be laid to rest today following a requiem mass at 11am at Conleths Church in Newbridge.
