Average house prices in Dublin city and county fell by more than 6% in 2015, according to the latest national survey carried out by Real Estate Alliance.

The alliance say the fall is due to a combination of lack of suitable supply, high rents and the Central Bank’s deposit rules that have "stagnated the capital’s market".
