PSNI make 12th arrest in connection with 2006 Derry murder

A 25-year-old man has been arrested by detectives investigating the murder of Paul McCauley in Derry in 2006.

The 38-year-old died in a care facility almost nine years after he was attacked by a group of people at a house on the Chapel Road on July 15, 2006.
