Update 1.30pm: Northern Ireland's justice minister David Ford has said he hopes to legislate on abortion for fatal foetal abnormality.

He told the BBC that he would seek the agreement of the Stormont executive after the High Court in Belfast ruled the North's strict abortion laws were incompatible with human rights legislation.
