National Emergency Co-ordination group still on high alert regarding flooding

The National Emergency Co-ordination group says it's still on a high alert for the possibility that the current flooding situation will spread or worsen.

However, the Office of Public Works says water levels along the River Shannon seem to have peaked over the weekend.
