The Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation says strike action will go ahead next Tuesday, due to management’s "total failure" to address the staffing crisis in emergency departments.

Two-hour rolling work stoppages are due to start at seven hospitals across the country, between 8am on Tuesday morning and 4pm in the afternoon.
