Sister of Jason Corbett welcomes custody appeal judgement

The sister of a Limerick man who was killed in the US earlier this year has said she is relieved that an appeal over the custody of her niece and nephew went in her family's favour yesterday.

39-year-old Jason Corbett died during a domestic incident at his home in North Carolina on August 2.
