Appeal in February against 'unduly lenient' sentence for man who raped girlfriend in her sleep

An appeal against the sentence handed down to a man who raped his girlfriend while she slept in their Dublin home will be heard in February.

Magnus Meyer Hustveit returned to his native Norway after he was handed a fully suspended sentence in July.
