Draft agreement to reduce the world's carbon emissions negotiated

Negotiators at the Paris Climate Summit have agreed a draft agreement to reduce the world's carbon emissions.

The document is seen as a starting point for ministers from 195 countries who will try to finalise the deal in talks that begin on Monday.
