The country’s second most popular tourist attraction remains closed today with winds of 177 kilometres per hour being recorded.

The Cliffs of Moher in Clare were evacuated and closed on Friday as Storm Clodagh began to batter the west coast with gusts of 160kmh recorded at the popular attraction.
