Banking Inquiry chairman Ciarán Lynch has said that members will hold extra meetings - including over the Christmas period - if that is what is needed to produce a final report.

Extra sittings are likely to be held between Christmas and New Year's Day to produce the report, after the first draft was heavily criticised by members.
