Flights cancelled and power down as Storm Barney hits Ireland

Two weather warnings from Met Éireann are in effect as Ireland braces for Storm Barney.

UPDATE (6pm): The highest wind speeds were recorded on the Fastnet Lighthouse with gusts up to 146km/h at 1pm.
