Funeral of Irish woman found dead in Netherlands to take place today

The funeral service of an Irish woman found dead in her Netherlands home on Monday will take place this afternoon in Limerick.

The woman, who has connections to Cork City and Limerick, was discovered in her home in the city den Bosch.

The death of the 64 year old is being treated as suspicious.

The woman's husband has been remanded for two weeks following a court appearance for questioning.

A police investigation is continuing.
