Woman critically injured in M50 crash has died

A woman who was critically injured in a crash on Dublin's M50 has lost her fight for life.

She suffered serious injuries in the incident last Wednesday morning.

The motorway had to be closed for seven hours following the crash involving the woman's car and two trucks.

It has been confirmed she passed away earlier as a result of her injuries.

Gardaí are appealing for witness to help with their investigation of the incident.
