Drivers in the south county Dublin area have been warned to use "extreme care" after a cow broke loose and started trotting down the central median.
The cow is moving southwards near the merge point between the M50 and the M11, specifically between J17 M11 and J5 Bray North on the M11.
Motorway services are on their way.
AA Roadwatch advised "extreme care".
