Landlords have 'nothing to fear' says Alan Kelly

The Environment Minister Alan Kelly has said landlords have nothing to fear from new rental legislation being introduced.

The Environment Minister Alan Kelly said landlords have nothing to fear from new rental legislation being introduced.

The measures include increasing the rent review period from one to two years, meaning anybody who faced a rent increase in 2015, will not have a rent review until 2017.
