IO Systems staff to be balloted on proposals to resolve dispute

Staff at IO Systems - a sub contractor of An Post - are to be balloted on new proposals aimed at resolving a dispute that brought the postal system to a halt.

The Communications Workers Union has recommended the 36 employees involved accept the plan in their vote on Saturday.
