Technical issues mean some Ulster Bank customers cannot access accounts

Ulster Bank says it is working to restore access to accounts for a small number of customers this evening.
The financial institution says it expects to have the issue resolved by the morning.

The financial institution said that some accounts have been incorrectly marked as dormant, during the course of an annual review.
It means customers affected cannot access their accounts at present.
Ulster Bank says it is currently working to rectify the situation and expects the issue to be resolved tonight.
It is not known how many people are affected.
