Elderly woman forced to pay Dublin City Council €1,500 over satellite dish

The Taoiseach has appealed for "common sense" in the case of a 90-year-old woman who is facing a huge legal bill in a row over a satellite dish.

Anne Rudd from Terenure will not be prosecuted for putting up the dish, which was installed in breach of planning rules.
