Dublin Port Tunnel now fully re-opened

Dublin's Port Tunnel has now fully re-opened.

Both North and southbound bores were closed this morning following a fire and HGVs were allowed to travel through Dublin City Centre.

As a result of the tunnel reopening, the HGV ban in the city centre has been reinstated.
