'Goodbye showtime, hello stability': Enda Kenny insists Budget spend is capped at €1.5bn

The Taoiseach Enda Kenny has warned that all demands cannot be met in next month's Budget.

Addressing a business leaders' dinner in Dublin last night, Enda Kenny repeated the maximum extra money available for spending and for tax cuts in the October 13 Budget is €1.5bn.
