Ministers 'told to be realistic with Budget demands'

Government Ministers have been told to be realistic about the amount of extra money available to them in next month's Budget.

Public Expenditure Minister Brendan Howlin made it clear at today's weekly meeting of the Cabinet that he has a limited amount of money to distribute.
