Limerick family 'determined' to get apology from HSE

A Limerick man has said that he and his wife were "determined" to get an apology following the death of their baby six years ago.

Caoimhe Mulcair died in 2009, shortly after being born at the then Mid-Western Regional Hospital in Limerick.
