47 schools allocated additional special needs teaching resources in pilot scheme

A pilot project is being launched today, allocating additional teaching resources to a number of schools for pupils with special needs.

28 primary and 19 secondary schools are taking part in the pilot scheme on a voluntary basis this school year.
